Dec 19, 2018 Our latest generation of Z390 motherboards takes automatic tuning to a whole new level with intelligent prediction. AI Overclocking is faster. Is there a good way to control fans speeds without Dragon Centre (and some related questions about MSI bloatware)? I recently got a GS73VR, which I love. I found the fans a bit noisy on idle, but with a small amount of tweaking in Dragon Centre (or whatever it's called), I was able to get the machine pretty much silent when working on the desktop.

- You can't set fans completely off. They have to run at least 15-25%(depends on BIOS, MB etc) no matter what. Unless you buy front bay fan controller with such a 'feature' but manual will also warn you about this: turning fans off while they receive power is bad, and any damage is your responsibility.
- Dec 10, 2019 Auto Tuning Features. Fan Tuning: Allows you to access controls for fan speed tuning and fan curve. At the basic level this includes controls for max fan speed and at a more advanced level controls fan curve for customization of fan behavior at certain temperature thresholds. My asus prime X470 pro will only let my case fans run up to 70 c before the fan curve increase, no matter what i do i can't get it to be the same fan speed all the time do to the bios.
It's not a big deal since it shouldn't when gaming go above 60 ish with my ryzen 5 2600x at 4.1ghz.
I use my define r6's fan hub that is controlled by the mb the limiteds the samme fan speed to 70c
Besides buying diffrent fans or a low noise adapter from 12 volt to 7 and letting the fans in the bios run at 12 volt/100% which is 7 volt or max 700 rpm, ist there anything else i can do?
